I will present an immersive installation of biological/digital sculptures comprised of wooden armatures covered with printed vinyl tarps. This work is a collision of photography, textiles and digital manipulation and will provide a space for me to conduct a series of meditation-related events.

Features flags I make by embroidering scraps of fabric from my studio. These works are both primordial and contemporary: full of patterns and connections relating to systems such as memory, the internet, plant roots and politics. Each flag is a proposition for reality - a symbol for and a window into a different world.

I will be leading a meditation session inspired by and located in Lydia's exhibition, Ego Death, which will focus on building awareness of the present moment as a source of strength and clarity. "Mi Casa, Tu Casa" at Johannes Vogt Gallery followed the objective to investigate concepts of feeling “at-home” under the grace of someone else’s hospitality. I displayed three soft sculptures, and was invited to lead a group meditation on "home" and "space" on July 28, 2016.
Jerome Fellowship at Franconia Sculpture Park, Shafer, MN, June, 2016
Drove to Minnesota in June for a month long Jerome Fellowship at the Franconia Sculpture Park. My large scale sculpture "Intimate Strangers" will be on display there for a year. Thank you to the Jerome Foundation, Franconia, and the other fellows.
